• 1 tbsp coconut or olive oil
• 1 and a half chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon hot paprika
• 450g Organic Diced beef
• 1 bell pepper chopped
• 2 tomatoes diced
• 2 garlic cloves
In a large pot cook the onions with coconut oil over high heat. Stir it almost continuously.
Add the paprika and keep stirring it.
Add the diced beef and keep stirring it for a couple minutes over medium-high heat until beef dices look no raw-pink.
Add the bell peppers and tomatoes, salt and pepper. If there’s no sauce in the pan add a quarter cup of water
Bring it just to boil over a low-medium heat and cook it for 60-70 minutes, around 45-50 minutes add the garlic
Enjoy with boiled potato or pasta.
